HAH! I see what you did there Hasbro, this mold looks the same size as the Steve Rogers figure from 2012 wave 1.

This mold + new head/forearms/lower legs= NEW 616 Marvel Legends Captain America later in 2013.

Anyone think that Wolverine uses a retooled buck from the Toy Biz ML wave 6 brown costume Wolverine?

I don't think so. The SDCC Xforce wolverine is a little more bulky and I can't pose him as well as the ML s6 brown wolvie. The ML s6 brown is the best ML Wolverine IMO, followed by the Astonishing one, then the Weapon X figure. WHY??? because they are smaller bodies the way Wolverine is supposed to be. SDCC XF wolvie is nice but should not be as tall as every other member of the team.

I'm not sure about this because I have not been reading X-Men for a few years now, but is Archangel supposed to have four wings? It mos def looks like the figure has two sets of wings to me in those pics. Is that how he appears in the comics now?

Watch solidsnakinmypants's review, he comments on the simiarities, and points out that you can take a steve rogers head and pop it onto cap and works perfectly

I've seen him popping up on ebay, around $23-25 shipped, with or without guns,... been resisting the urge

Nope... exact same mold as CC except a slightly different paint finish on the silver, so he blends in perfectly with xforce 2pack warpath to form uncanny xforce...complete collectors will buy him, plus he has retractable claws..so why not..

Do u own a MU archangel? wings are identical, there really is only 2 wings, but the extra 2 small pieces are there so when you don't want the wings fully out you can fold them back and rest together.

hmmm wolverine is alright the head piece worries me ... with the black ear things
and arch angel seems another alright unless some can show me a picture with wings stretched out properly.

hit monkey i might just get for the guns really and considering you only need 3 figures to build him

Dude there are plenty of pics of sdcc archangel floating around. This is the exact same mold, minus the chromed out paint job on the wings. It's the best mold of Archangel in this scale that exists currently. My only gripe about the wings is that mine are a bit more loose than I like, but nothing some super glue around the plug in pegs won't solve.

As for Wolverine, his claws aren't retractable, but they're definitely removable. To each their own but I prefer this mold over all other existing Wolverine molds in ML scale including the classic brown costume Wolvie.
