New 52 Darkseid is surprising I wonder how big he will be?

Joy, another Superman and Joker. :

And I'm sure Darkseid is going to be a midget.

Pretty sure Darkseid is going to be equal to Batman and Superman in size. If not a bit smaller. That's what they did to Mongul, after all.
Though, have to say I'm slightly surprised, but happy he's not a club oversized figure. (Glad because that's not entirely fair to those who went through a lot of trouble to get the BaF)

Joker's a good choice. Golden Age isn't entirely appealing as a representative of the character, and the regular versions are fairly rare. Though, I don't personally care for it. And I don't really care for the Injustice designs.

Might have to get Aquaman, as the only one I have is that weird blue costumed.

Superman couldn't possibly be less interesting. Agree that it's a bit much for a really slow moving line, with so few characters. If they wanted someone with the S, why not pop a nea comic-styled head on the YJ Superboy?

I got to be the only one who likes Superman haha

The problem is, isn't this like, the fourth Superman, all within a few months and waves of each other?
52 Superman (Understandable, and nessisary if they aim for all 52 JL)
Superboy Prime (Same wave, and only relatively hardcore fans will recognize him as a separate character and not just Superman in neat armor)

And isn't there a third superman due out? I can't recall what it is, but I really feel like my bad memory is nagging me that there's another one somewhere.

    Now Injustice Superman.

On top of the glut of Supermen we're going to get with Man of Steel in a few months.

I'm happy for anyone who wants it, but like all the batmen popping up in his own line AND DC Unlimited, just starting to feel like it's a bit much.
It's understandable that mattel is only focusing on A-list. But geeze, even kids want a little variety. There are only so many varients of Leonardo, Raph, Mike, and Don kids will buy before you tank the line.

    2 New 52 Supermen
    Superboy Prime
    and Injustice.

I got no interest in Injustice so easy pass [unless it ends up at discount stores]. Prime would be cool if he was in Sinestro gear. New 52 would be awesome but I think I am just going to get the DC Direct ones at this rate.

Yeah, the only one that floats my boat in this wave is Aquaman, and I could quickly change my mind if the mold or head sculpt suck.

Injustice Superman has a very futuristic costume that resembles DCUC Eradicator. Not very Supermanny...

Injustice Joker is half way between Wave 10 Joker & Arkham Asylum Joker. Both existing figures fill their respective niches just fine.

New 52 Darkseid is just not my style. I still like the dark blue variant DCSH figure from way back in the way back.

Will be getting Batgirl & Hawkman from the first DC & Batman Unlimited waves, tho.

I guess we should be thankful we aren't getting another Batman, but if this is how the DC Unlimited waves are going to be, then I am done. They still have plenty of Batman rogues to give us (Scarface, Mad Hatter, Talia, Ras) and plenty of other characters, even in the New52 to give us, like Grifter, Voodoo, Madam Xanadu, Morgan Le Fay, etc, but instead, they are giving us the same characters we have already had 4-5 versions of.

Well they did tell us the retail stuff was going to be more of the stars and the lesser-knowns would/might happen in the subscription.

So, yeah, I'm glad that I'll be able to save some money ('cuz I don't want ANY of the stuff they've shown so far), and/or I'm a little more upset that I didn't subscribe for 2013. The ones that I'm least interested in the sub, I have more interest in than Injustice or New 52.

Excited for Darkseid and Aquaman, I like their updated looks within the New 52, just hope Darkseid is larger in scale to the regular 6" figures and not undersized like DCSH Darkseid from 2005 - 2006...
