Wishful thinking that its January. I hope so. I'm wondering about re x men pack too. West Coast avengers should have vision. Hopefully new mold too or at least new legs.

i really hope they put a color vision in that wc avengers pack.
the x-men as suppose to be released so maybe that's the super team 3...
but aren't there suppose to be two x-men sets? one is: cyclops, emma frost and colossus in juggernaut suit and the other wolverine, longshot and rogue. am i wrong?

Maybe the Xmen packs are being held back to tie in with the movies this summer?

No your right. At SDCC this year, the only MU announcements they had were old man logan (supposed to be at NYCC, sigh) and the modern x-men three pack (colossusnaut, emma frost, and astonishing cyclops). The modern x-men pack images were just prototype photos. They also showed the actual figures for the other X-Men pack (Rogue, Longshot, another wolverine, and baby cyk). Its really hard for me to believe the release dates that they give out since their track record hasn't been reliable.

Yeah, didn't the Inhumans pack say it was projected to come out in August or September? It's worse when you don't follow up with your promise. My brother would have this problem of telling people he was halfway there (to work, to a dinner, event, etc) when he hadn't even left the house yet. So people would expect him and then he'd show up 10, 20, 30+ minutes later claiming traffic or some such thing. If you just tell people realistic times up front then they can't be disappointed and at least can plan around it. I would prefer Hasbro told us 2014 and then the stuff shows up in December or something.

Wait what? How can it be both projected and promised in that time frame?

This is why I asked who'd be in an "Avengers West" 3 pack a few months ago, in the old MU Appreciation thread. ;-)

Because I know hasbro so well, my prediction for west coast avengers is:
Hawkeye, Silver Centurian Ironman, new vision sculpt or purple Wonderman.

    West Coast Avengers Pack:

    Hawkeye = Probably a given.

Mockingbird = Pretty likely...they like to put at least one new-ish figure into these packs, after all.

Vision = Somewhat likely, his regular-colored retail release was rather limited.

Wonder Man = Same as above.

Also possible: Silver Centurion Iron Man, Tigra, Moon Knight

    Inhumans we've already seen.

"Team 3" is almost certainly one of those two X-Men packs.

    10-31-2012, 05:38 AM

I think for the WCA, we'll see War Machine, Hawkeye and Probably Vision (but Translucent Yellow). Would love to get a Mocking Bird.

Super Team 3 might be something we haven't seen before, Alpha Flight?

Hopefully a new Moon Knight mold for WC, although recent two-pack leans to probably not.

Hopefully a new-body Vision is in there. They could do a must-have, off-white variant of him as well.

So help me if an Iron Man is in that WC Avengers set...

I'm thinking the super-team is Rogue, Longshot, Wolverine and Baby Cyclops.

  19. Snowflakian's Avatar Snowflakian says

Count me down for the inhumans set(blackbolt is a must for cosmic), will need to see WCA to know on them.
Could be anything from pietro, wonderman, hawkeye, mockingbird, war machine, us agent, scarlet witch and more.
Hawkeye and mockingbird with some random WCA filler seems highly likely considering his popularity from the movie and her romantic ties to him.

If it has scarlet witch, mockingbird, and ionic wonderman, I'd be down for it in a heartbeat. Or pretty much just any set with mockingbird, otherwise I'll pass.

Rogue is temptimg but I'll pass on her(holding out for her legacy costume). Emma frost I really want though.

I'd just be happy with another release of The Vision in his regular colors (non-translucent). It took 6 months to find the phasing version. The original goes for more than $100 on the secondary market.

They just HAVE to repackage a Vision. That's probably one of the most elusive figures in the MU line. Here's to dreaming.... and I just preordered.

Same, got the 3 pack one instead of the 4, but may change my mind when we see images.

Glad to hear there making more MU figures. Its the only Marvel I collect. I didn't know Vision fetched so much. Found mine at Kmart in 2009 at a bogo sale. I guess I never thought to look for figures I already had.

Hawkeye - Most likely. He is the WCA. Figure already made

Wonderman - Another staple of the team. Maybe a purple version translucent version. Hopefully not christmas tree version.

Mockingbird - I would love to finally see this figure

Iron Man - More than likey we will get a version of shell head

Tigra - Very overdue considering how prominent she's been in the last couple years in comic books.

After the original 5, we are left with

    War Machine - doubt it

USAgent - that's a maybe because we always see a sister line figure sneak into the Marvel Universe line.

Original Human Torch - Highly doubt it. Wouldn't mind him in a unflame red costume but that would feel like a waste considering figures we don't have.

    Thing - No

Firebird - Easy to make but not in demand.

    Wasp - I wish

Hank Pym - I rather get an Ant-man figure. Shrinking things pym, I doubt it.

    Moon Knight - Highly likely

Mantis - One of the missing Avengers from the 1-200 issue. I doubt we would see her as a figure.

Vision - Likely. I wouldn't mind a bleach white version.

    Scarlet Witch - likely

    Living Lightning - No.

    Spider- Woman - Possible.

Machine Man, Darkhawk not really associated with the team.

Nice break down, Spade. Unfortunately I think we're getting 3 re-releases, not even re-paints.
