NECA has announced that their Rocky Series 2 Action Figures are now shipping to stores. Series 2 contains Battle Damaged Rocky Balboa and Ivan Drago, both from Rocky IV.
Rocky Takes on Ivan Drago in Series 2!
At ToyFair earlier this year, we got a huge response to our Rocky action figures, and one figure was particularly admired: our Battle Damaged Rocky:
Yes, that bloody spit actually comes with the figure! Our Rocky Series 2 action figures recreate the final epic battle that took place at the end of Rocky IV!
His opponent? Of course it’s Ivan Drago! Mr. Dolph Lundgren is immortalized in this amazingly-detailed figure. He wins for himself!

The figures are shipping now, so you won’t have to wait too long before getting your gloves on the full Series 2 set. Four figures are included in all — Regular Rocky and Battle Damaged Rocky, Regular Drago in Yellow Trunks and Battle Damaged Drago in Red Trunks and each has a unique head sculpt and over 20 points of articulation.

Man... I would have killed for these 27 years ago. LOL. Rocky IV was my fav movie for like the longest time. Never really liked the other Rockys though... just IV; best training montages ever.

I don't think I ever saw the first series in retail. A damn shame too. Love Rocky. But I'll go on the hunt for this series for sure.

I'm surprised you guys are having trouble finding these (or were with series 1). I think they only get one shipment, and they sell, but it's not like ML or MU. I'd say they lingered for about a month and a half. I personally like the beaten Rock from series one the best out of all the figures. I don't think the prefight/unbeaten version (series 1) is a very good likeness. Both Apollo's are very good.

My TRU's got them too, I got the beaten Rocky and Drago and Clean Rocky. The clean rocky has a fantastic Head sculpt. I really wanted the clean Drago , but No want for him in Yellow Trunks.
I may pick up Drago but I'm looking forward to when they release Mr.T; "I pity the fool!"

No Creed in this assortment? I've been lookin' all over for post-fight Apollo, but no dice. Not dropping $30+ for him on Amazon either. As for Rocky, I was waiting on these versions.
