Last year, a series of small figurines bearing the Marvel and DC Comics licenses. They were called HEROICS and were being produced by Tree House Kids. However, NECA believed they were too close in name and style to their own Wizkids HEROCLIX line, and sued. NECA has been awarded an injunction barring Tree House Kids from using the term HEROICS. So the figure line has been renamed ZERBOZ.

HEROICS Become ZERBOZ After NECA Lawsuit
While I understand the reasoning behind the lawsuit, the only similarities I can see are the size and name. I don't really see them as competitors. To wit, some could use Heroics/Zerboz as a suppliment to Heroclix.
