BBTS sent word of an all new Batman figure. The figure is 1/6 scale, and is based on the designs of Jim Lee. What sets this figure apart is the fact the armor suit he is wearing will be made of actual die cast metal. “At least 85% die cast metal.” 50 points of articulation. The figure is made by Play Imaginative. Special Edition version up now over at BBTS. Check out the specs below, and the pictures inside.
*Note – there are 2 sets of images floating around on the net, one in a black and grey tone, and one with a blue and grey tone. Not sure if these are 2 different products, a prototype/final version, or just color variants in the images due to photo manipulation/saving/etc.
Update – Joel from BBTS clarified the edition differences: There are 2 editions, the normal (which we currently have pictured on our site) – and the ‘special edition’ – which features glossy paint versus matte paint. The color schemes seem pretty similar
