NECA has posted an update and a few new photos for a couple of upcoming Borderlands Figures. The Claptrap & Psycho Bandit Action Figures will be shipping soon.
Greetings Traveller – Borderland’s Claptrap & Psycho Bandit Action Figures Coming Soon
Two of the most iconic characters in Gearbox’s phenomenal space western game, Borderlands, are scheduled for arrival in your favorite toy stores late May.
Earlier this week, we sent a couple of samples to the developers, and they liked it so much they posted a pic on their Fan page. So today, we want to show you a bit more about Series 1.
The Claptrap Action Figure
“Welcome to Fyrestone! I am CL4P-TP, you may call me by my locally designated name, ‘Claptrap’.”
As stewards of Pandora, these robots can really only offer help if you take time to repair them. Our Claptrap figure, however, has not been damaged by Bandits and ships with a base, perfect for displaying it on your desk. See pics below:
Psycho Bandit Action Figure
These outlaws can be immediately identified by their homicidal cries, psychotic laughter and constant desire to get into close combat. Their orange pants are easily spotted and often, it’s not a good idea to come too close as Psycho Bandits love to bite.

NECA Update About Upcoming Borderlands Figures
When will we see some new NECA Gremlins figures news!?
Those looks pretty fantastic. Too bad I've never played the game. Ah well, I think almost anyone who has played the game would be interested in these.
If this thing had way better articulation and the accessories to show him blowing his brains out like on the cover, I might've considered.
'Bout bloody time, eh? They've been pushing that Claptrap figure back for more than a year, now.
yeah man, but i guess it works out if they're trying to time it with the BL2 release which is fine. i'd rather have a lilith figure any day. NECA would have my my monnies for that and the rest of the gang plus a mad moxxi.
Oh, hell yeah. I'd be all over those.
