Toyark is proud to bring you a fun little photo shoot of Marvel Legends Future Foundation Spider Man. This figure is a variant of Big Time Spder Man, but features Spidey’s Future Foundation white and black suit. I’ve been drooling on this figure since we first saw it last year, and it finally popped up at my local spot. So, photo shoot time! Spidey can not be contained, he busted out the web shooter and jumped off set! Check out all the images inside!

Marvel Legends Future Foundation Spider Man
Had to do it on an off color because of the whiteness. Well, I chose to anyway because white on white is more trouble than it's worth.
Had a little fun with this one rather than the more traditional shoots we've done.
Hope you dig, love this figure. Later!
One of the best, if not thee best figure from wave 2. I bet Hasbro plans to repaint it as Symbiote Spiderman which I don't mind. The BAF RULK version is awesome but this body is actually more flexible.
LOVE how it doesn't feel flimsy like most of the other figures in this wave. Cap would've been best had the plastic been tougher.
Nice solid figure to me. I don't have any of the other new Marvel Legends since they started coming back out, so can't compare the quality of plastic. But, it's on par with other 6 inch and general non-transforming figs I have.
I have yet to pick up this figure, but it does look like one of the better offerings from this wave. Makes me want to pick up one of those "McFarlane" Spidey figures even more. ToyBiz's Spider-Man is still unmatched.
So who is going to custom this into an Anti-Venom???
I can't wait till mine arrives! Got a lot of goodies arriving within the next week or 2.
Luckily this FF/BT Spidey mold is MUCH better in terms of quality and materials.
I can already see a black Spiderman repaint and retool into Iron Spidey out of this mold. That head sculpt is close to perfect for both.
Hell with a new vest, web launchers, belt, and leg straps this could easily be the basis for a long overdue Scarlet Spider update.
I really like this one too. For me, FF Spidey and Commander Rogers are the two bests from the "Return" of ML line.
I agree with the plastic quality when it comes to Bucky. I actually think he was intended to be in the Cap/Thor Legends movie line from last summer (those walmart exclusives).
In a way, these almost look like complete reboots of the Marvel Legends line. FF Spider-man looks pretty slick. The paint applications appear much cleaner and less slopped on. Taking a page out of Mattel's DC Classics handbook, IMO. I'd consider jumping onboard if I knew they were doing remakes of all their past released figures in this fashion. I still have a few issues with their face sculpts, though. I've been spoiled by Four Horsemen, I think.
What does the webline come from? (In case I already have one somewhere in my collection, to use with this figure when I finally find it)
I think Hasbro also released a version of it in their early spidey waves too.

I get the feeling another Captain America is on the way using the Bucky Cap/US Agent mold.
Normally I have no problem with different interpretation of a character, but during a story arc (such as Maximum Carnage), having such drastic artistic changes got to be annoying, and was one of the reasons I stopped collecting comics in the 90's.
That being said, this could easy be made into Anti-Venom... I just looked at the first cover with anti-venom, and he wasn't particularly huge (perhaps still recovering from cancer treatment?)... maybe someone could do this version...

This inconsistency seems to leak into the toy realm, especially with Marvel Legends. The sculpts are so different... a lot of times, in a bad way (in my opinion)... I think this design looks pretty good. It's when Marvel does it's signature move of putting heroes into street clothes that pisses me off. Oh, let's put Spiderman in a hoodie, let's put Dr. Strange in a trenchcoat. Let's leave everyone in their superhero costumes but give them all matching brown jackets. Let's put everyone in jeans and a T-shirt. At least in DC, only Superboy seems to do this look. Yeah, FF Spiderman looks pretty good.

Movie Brock: Whiny opportunist, who can't accept responsibility for his own actions.

As a HUGE Venom fan back in the 90's (before the vigilante crap and all the insanity of the last decade), I was VERY satisfied with Venom in SM3. He was near perfect. The Black Suit, however, was horribly cheated. They should have toned back Sandman's "morality" and focused on Black Spidey becoming more violent, not a member of the Bee Gees.
I think Hasbro also released a version of it in their early spidey waves too.
Shoutout to anyone who kitbashes him matching hands!
And the costume still sucks.
And the costume still sucks.
No, I'll tell you all what really sucks... the fact that Spider-Man continues to be practically the ONLY character that can't have uniform hands!!!! Two fists, two hands, or two thwipp hands!!!!
Iron Man doesn't count because I have one with 3 sets of hands!!!
Venom's motivation is very shallow. Instead of a villain, Venom is basically the bitter ex-wife. Brock's motivation is even worse than the symbiote's. Brock lost a job coz he was a lazy arse and had no journalistic integrity. Even if he can somehow project the blame on Spidey, it's no way the type of thing that can foster a lifetime's murderous obsession.
Ultimate Brock, tho, is SLIGHTLY more complex. It was the suit that his father and Peter's father were testing when they died. It was the last thing they were working on. It was the only thing he had left of his parents. Here comes Peter, out of no where, and just like Peter's dad outshined Brock, Sr, Peter completes the Venom suit with minimal effort. Shortly after, Peter kills the suit, and erases everything that Eddie has lived for the last few years, as well as his family legacy... It's not much of a stronger case, but it is slightly better.
