The black-clad wraith, Noob Saibot! You want him? Well, you gotta FEAR HIM! Noob stands at 10″ tall and will come with an added surprise. More details on our fellow Brotherhood of Shadow as they become available. In the meantime, enjoy your first-ever look!
Noob Saibot will be featured in the fan-favorite “Victory Pose” from the latest installment of the series. He will come complete with his evil clone-shadow standing next to him as requested by the majority of our loyal fans and followers…FEAR HIM!

Very cool but it just feels like Mortal Kombat has the least consistent character designs of all time...
knew one would pop up for this guy eventually, would've been better if they teamed him with his shadow...lol
Looks like they're hinting at Raiden on their FB page.
