Avengers Movie Iron Man Heavy Artillery

Iron Man packs the most sophisticated weaponry on the planet into his armor, but some weapons are simply too large to integrate. His latest invention gathers plasma energy from the environment and focuses it into a blast powerful enough to level any opposition.

Now that you are doing 3.75" galleries, you should edit the Legends 2012 sticky to include various sizes (obviously change the thread title too).

What with that Godawful accessory and all, we're finally getting an IM figure that can hold things. Which is nice.

I actually quite like it, the oversized weapon would make for a good MvC proton Cannon

Good paint job, above average, but no figure stand really bugs me.

If you think about it, it's not that bad, especially if you've played MVC1-3.

I have the same question but one thing is for certain, the hip articulation is definitely an upgrade. Hated xmo style.

So a guy who developed the worlds most technologically advanced suit of mechanical armor needs a ridiculous claw shooting super weapon, that draws plasma in from the surrounding environment?? Plasma is super-heated hot air...which of course is just floating around vapourising anything which comes into contact with it!!! Plasma is MADE its not a natural gas that just exists like oxygen or nitrogen. And how does the weapon condense this plasma into a solid claw shaped projectile??? Seriously they couldnt have just given him two big fireball effects that clip onto his hands?? I dont mind a giant oversized accessory as long as it has some use, that thing is just a big dumb Mcguffin........
