Art Asylum has posted some photos of their Colossus Marvel Select figure. They have also posted some of their plans for the 2012 year in Marvel Select.
Diamond Select Toys has released over 60 figures in their Marvel Select line, all in a consistent 7-inch scale, and the year 2012 marks the line’s tenth anniversary. To celebrate, DST has several great figures planned, including figures based on the movies Avengers and Amazing Spider-Man, but the first figure to hit stores during our anniversary year is Colossus! The X-Men mainstay who transforms into solid steel checks in at a towering 8.25 inches tall, and his 16 points of articulation give him a wide range of movement. To see how he stands up against another Marvel Select figure, we sent him and Gambit to the Danger Room, to get in some practice sparring. We even tested him against the giant spiked panel that he comes with! Check out the photographs in our gallery, and look for Colossus to hit stores in mid-February, followed by the Green Goblin. (Gambit available now!)
We’ve mirrored a few of the photos. Click the headline of the story to check them out.

Colossus Marvel Select Kicks Off 2012 Releases
this is going to be so bad ass!! i almost forgot he was coming out this year. now its time to bug my comic shop every wednesday until i have him lol
Looks good but I really want to see how well he looks with Juggernaut but for some reason they decide to pose him with Gambit
Gambit is actually pretty dang tall, compared to some of the other MS figures I have, especially up against Wolverine. So as far as height, I'd say Colossus is presented well in that area.
Can't wait for this!
Overall it looks freakin' great. But WHEN exactly is it supposed to release? Feb is the last I heard. Need to call my LCS and have them order/hold one for me.
Rocker ankles ftw!!!!!
Top of his suit comes off? That's odd. Or is that a variant? With the top on looks pretty awesome, though.
Nice Sick Figure, but my wallet says "NO"
Holy S***!!! Is that an ab swivel?!?!?
Nice! MS stuff have been getting better and better as of late.
Doctor Doom was my first Marvel Select purchase....and also sworn as my last.
Horrible paint app, limited articulation, and smelly plastic and horrible overall quality (the dio chair/throne just plain sucks). The figure looks badass in it's packaging, but once out man what a piece of junk.
I'm a huge colossus fan, so I may reconsider this new MS version when I see it in hand...
