TV and Exclusive Comic Figures to Debut at Show
McFarlane Toys and NYCC are teaming up to bring NYCC fans the launch of AMC’s The Walking Dead TV Series 1 figure line. The four figure line features Deputy Rick Grimes, Daryl Dixon, Zombie Walker and Zombie Biter. The full set will retail for $60 at the official NYCC show store. The figures are slated to release late November 2011 nationwide, but an extremely limited number of sets are available exclusively during the show.
We love creating event exclusive figures and our friends over at Toys ‘R’ Us feel the same way. So we put our creative teams together and the result is an exclusive The Walking Dead Comic Officer Rick Grimes Bloody Version. The limited edition Bloody Officer Rick Grimes will sell for $20 at Entertainment Earth’s booth #644.
Don’t miss your chance to get The Walking Dead Comic figure signed by Todd McFarlane — Saturday, Oct 15, from 10 AM to 11 AM at the Entertainment Earth Booth (#644).

What sclae is that? I could seriously buy a few if it's 3.75- repaint into generic cops.
If its like the zombies its in the 5-6" scale.
Glad to hear Todd Mcfarlane is now going to be at the shot. Another long line to wait on and Id like to get this but 60 bucks to swallow for this is a little difficult between the convention tickets, the other exclusives and whatever I buy while im there.
Damn it's $60
It's awesome that they're doing a Walking Dead toy line, but if you're going to open this one up, you're better off just buying the regular one and splattering blood on it. Red paint or real blood..... hopefully you're leaning toward paint, haha.
I saw the normal release Rick a few days ago and they seem to be closer to Halo scale then anything. 60$ is too high for this.
Rick is not $60. You get the entire TV Series 1 set for $60. Rick is only $20. The news story clearly reads:
lol sorry. Havent had my lunch yet so my brain is off. 20$ I could def pay for this. I plan to pay that much for Jorge and Emil from Halo Reach so size isn't an issue.
Eagerly awaiting for the Comic Series Rick. Though I'm not too keen on the bloody version. Honestly to me it just looks messy and not worth it. Oh well, nice to know that there's variety there.
The article also clearly states:
Saw the figures in person today at my local comic shop. I want to say they're not even 6'' but a little shorter then that. They still look nice. I'll probably end up picking all the figures.
