Black Panther and Punisher deserve better! When Hasbro said that Daredevil mold was retired I was hoping Punisher and Black Panther used something else...but it's the Daredevil body. Those must be the last 2 figures that use it.

I want a Punisher that comes with an arsenal of weapons...like Pursuit Of Cobra City Strike Beachhead.

Punisher is known for weaponry...any single pack version of him using another body as a base and with enough weapons to level a city block is sufficient for me.

I hope so. That body is pretty horrible.

    This needs to happen.

I feel like Hasbro saying the Daredevil mold is retired and then just calling it the shield agent mold is a cheap shot. I don't see myself getting these, especially not at retail.

saw these today. the punisher body is ok but the head is dreadful. plus who needs another iron man? i mean seriously, there is literally a sea of iron man figures out there!

The Shield mold isn't as bad in my eyes. Once I adjusted the belts on my shield soldiers, it looked a lot better. They really need to get rid of the DD mold though. DD deserves better.

I really wanted the Black Panther but after seeing it's paint apps for the gloves and boots I am a bit dissapointed. That goes double for the Wolverine.

The Black Panther does not have the bone necklace and the Wolverine is continuing Hasbro's folly of BAD PAINT APPS. They use that "comic" shading and it just comes out horrible like the single card Black Spiderman!!!

I want the Wolverine for the new Cyclops BUT I think I will wait on them both since these could be done 100 times better. COME ON HASBRO. ALL OR NOTHING. Don't release something of lesser quailty again. Do your research and stop flooding the market with such weak releases.

I have to say though, The past few waves of single carded were exactlly what I would like Hasbro to continue with. Solid figures and characters with great sculps, paint apps, and accessories.

I think they said retired at Toy Fair but may have meant, "retired as of now". During that time, judging by the release of the packs now, it's quite possible that the 2 packs were already in production by Toy Fair or even beforehand.

In any case, still disappointing that the Daredevil buck was used. I really hope Hasbro meant the Daredevil and all associated molds. Daredevil, Nick Fury and everyone else who had that mold deserves better.

Punisher's head mold is garbage. He looks like a teenager. I agree, he needs a boat load of guns, guns, guns to do his justice. Green Goblin looks solid, otherwise more Iron Man, Spiderman, etc.

Almost everything needs one of the top characters

Iron Man, Spiderman, Captain America, Wolverine, Punisher, etc.

If not for Spider-Man and Iron Man, you would not have figures of lesser known characters. You need to deal with it if you want this line to continue existing. They are some of the most popular characters and so that brings kids into the line so that they then buy other figures.

Now some people say "but they all peg warm!" Well no, they just send a lot of copies of characters like Spidey and Iron Man. If Hasbro was not happy with how the characters sell, they would then stop repackaging them and doing new versions of them (Spidey 2099, Iron Man 2020, the new Bleeding Edge IM figure for 2011, Spidey being packaged with Sentry, the multiple Wolverines, et cetra). Hasbro does what is in their best interest.

As far as this line of 2-packs go, every single figure is a repaint or slightly different version of an already released figure so I think it's kind of hard to complain about Spidey. I do wish the Spidey figure was a little different though, someone told me the head sculpt is different but I don't see it. Even the classic Iron Man figure has something new about it (blue arc light as opposed to yellow in the previous two versions).

Thats true....and technically this is only the second time we have seen the Modern Iron Man sculpt, as well as Green Goblin. It seems like that they are giving people who never got these figures a second chance to get them. I know a lot of people are holding out to do this for Black Panther as he was one of the rarer ones.

I like the idea of re releasing Spidey or Iron Man figures like this. It does give a newer collector a chance to catch up BUT it doesn't clog the single figure pegs with them. I have both the Iron Mans from these sets and I'm ok with getting them again to get what I think is a better Bl. Panther and Punisher. I'm a sucker for the tiger striped Wolvie so I'll be getting that and a Hand Ninja is an army builder so you can never have to many of them. The only one I'm passing on is Goblin/Spidey. That's why I love this idea, if you have the figures then just pass on the box set that has them in it, worst case scenario, somebody will put them up on ebay individually at some point. Let's keep the single pack figures for the newer characters.

It kind of sucks that the previous versions of Punisher and Black Panther used the same crappy body with horrible legs and stupid hands. They release them again, which is cool, but they again use a crappy body style, this time the DD/Shield Agent body. For me, I guess it's a step in the right direction but c'mon. Can't they get this right? I'm sure they're just trying to get as much mileage out of these molds as possible, but I'm dying for a proper Punisher.

understandable. its just kind of irritating when you buy every figure and you have so many of the same ones with just a slightly different paint job. instead of just repainting iron man they could give him different armor hes got so many. theres not much you can do with spidey other than repaint him so thats cool but when its just a slightly different color blue thats not exciting. i like having all the different costumes thats cool. just not light blue spidey and dark blue spidey

Punisher has down-syndrome I believe. All of his figs look quiet retarded. However I found that the DC 75th Black Adam head looks 1000x better (Superman's head too).

Yeah, I saw him today and he looks terrible. I almost took a picture to show everyone, but I figured everyone had seen it by now.
