UK site Jedi News has posted a two-part in-hand review of the upcoming Star Wars AT-AT! According to the review, the AT-AT is due for release on or around August 1st, 2010 worldwide and come in two different packaging variants. The regular release will have Clone Wars styling (which is featured in the review) and a variant in vintage styling that will be a Toys R Us exclusive!
The AT-AT is over 24″ tall and requires 3 AA batteries for the electronics. It will come partially disassembled with a white Speeder Bike, an AT-AT Driver,sticker sheet and assembly instructions.
The first half of the video covers unboxing and assembly, comparisons to the Endor release, and demonstration of some of the gimmicks. The second half shows off the rest of the features, including the electronics.
