Weta has revealed the first two prop replicas based on the hit sci-fi film District 9. The Gas Projector and the Arc Generator are up for pre-order. Both will set you back $710.22 New Zealand Dollars (about $490 USD).

They look really well done, but way out of my price range. if I ever did buy a prop replica, it would be either Luke or Vader's lightsaber from ROTJ.
