Toyark.com: DCUC wave 5, the 1st Walmart exclusive wave, was notoriously difficult to find at retail. Can we expect figures from this wave to be re released in the future?
Mattel: Yes! We actually have plans to get these figures out again in the not-too-distant future.
Toyark.com: What is the expected time frame for the DCIH figures with new articulation to hit mass retail? (this question was submitted over a month ago before the release of the latest wave)
Mattel: We have already shipped these figures to retail!
Toyark.com: When DCSH was originally released, the 4H had said that Bane was retooled with full articulation before going to the factory, yet the Bane that was released was just a repaint. Being that fans want a fully articulated Bane, is the retooled prototype still available for use for final production?
Mattel: Much like how we redid Darkseid as a Collect and Connect figure, we do plan to revisit other larger characters from the 2006-2007 DCSH line in the current Classics line. Bane would be a good one, but there are no plans right now.
Toyark.com: Will Mattel be making a Toy Line for the newest DCU film: Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths?
Mattel: No we will not. This film came too soon after Public Enemies for us to develop a line for it.
Toyark.com: Can you give us a hint as to what figures we can expect to see released in the DCUC All-Star’s line?
Mattel: Superman, Batman, Green Lantern, Flash, Green Arrow and Power Girl will all be making rotations soon as All-Stars.
If you have a question you would like to ask Mattel, you can submit them in this thread.
