Rick K, of Ricks Toy Room, stopped by our Toyark forums to share some interesting news. He received a letter from Kinsella, Weitzman, Iser, Kump & Aldisert LLP; A law firm representing Spartan Home Entertainment. Spartan sold the rights to the Boondock Saints to NECA toys, and NECA produced some figures based on that agreement.
Turns out that Spartan was never in possession of those rights to sell. So NECA is being forced to stop production on all Boondock Saints related merchandise. It’s truly a strange turn of events.

Hey guys! Wanted some people to be in the know..

A letter from A law firm that has stated that NECA wasnt allowed to buy the license and thus has to stop making and selling the boondock saints product line. Some places have the figures still so if people want them -- they need to go get them!
Thanks!

Thanks for the heads up Rick. That really sucks man.
Wow. I was holding off on buying them because the only place by me that has them is FYE and their prices suck. So I was waiting until they dropped in price a bit. Thanks for the info.
ive seen them at TRU
Really? I haven't seen them at TRU. I'll check tomorrow morning when I go looking for the Mattel WWE figs. Thanks, TheSymbiote.
