NECA has unveiled a new line of Head Knockers (aka Bobble Heads) based on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
“Among the many lines we showed off at this year’s San Diego Comic Con, our new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Head Knockers were a huge hit with the fans who came by the booth. And not just the ones who came to pick up the exclusive April O’Neil either. It seems folks can’t get enough of Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo and Raphael, and with NECA around, there’s plenty for everyone.
Each of the four TMNT resin Head Knocker bobble heads features a brand new sculpt with the respective turtle’s signature weapons and a unique base. For you purists out there, these designs come right out of the original comics by Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird. The headbands are red and the turtles are ready for action. Statues stand 7″-8″ high.
The TMNT Head Knockers are available in stores early this fall, and of course, they’ll be at our Amazon storefront. Get ’em before they’re gone like pizza.“

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Head Knockers
I've never understood the fascination with bobble heads. These are pretty cool, but I doubt I would ever get them.
Right, but will they do another run of the articulated figures from '08?
Here's to hoping!
Unless they made a Soundwave bobblehead. Because then I could pat his head and say "Yes, Megatron. Mainlining Energon: Negative. Rumble: Eject. Operation: Rehab."
EDIT: I like the new sig, Joe!
I've always viewed Bobble Heads as a targeted collectible. I can't think of anyone I know who simply collects bobble heads. But I do know various collectors who will buy and display bobble heads for toys/character lines they are into. I know I have a few Transformers ones.
