The march issue of Hobby Japan gives a closer look at the upcoming Gundam FIX Figuration: Metal Composite 1/100 scale ZPlus figures! Previously we saw concept art of the mobile suit mode with boosters on, and now we can see what the actual toy looks like in that mode!
The newest addition to the Gundam FIX Metal Composite line will be the Red MSZ-006 Z Plus. This Gundam can be upgraded with additional armor, armnaments & boosters, which is very reminiscent of the Gundam Sentinel designs by Hajime Katoki. Click here to check it out!
I would kill for this. I can't say I'm a huge fan of the Zeta in regular colors, but everything else is awesome. This figure is simply divine. Too bad Fix Figuration is too damn expensive, or I would be all over this puppy.
loving the sculpt on this guy, his articulation, design, and even color scheme set ahead of alot of others in my collection wants
I've always liked the "showroom deco" that GFF figures have. It's different.
I've heard that these metal composite figures have great quality and durability, compared to their smaller 1/144 FIX counterparts. The 1/144 figures have PVC, while the metal composite figures have diecast & ABS.
I have one Fix Fig, the very first one(I believe) which is the Full Armor Gundam. The poseability is terrible with armor on or off, but looks absolutely slick. It sounds like the diecast ones might remedy the issues with stiff joints and what not?
I want the metal composite Psycho Gundam.
February is going to hit my wallet hard. This, the 1/100 VF-25, SIC Kamen Rider with Cyclone...
can't dsy thatbI'm a huge gundam fan. but everytime I check them out they look pretty damn sweet. and this guy looks real slick.

It's tempting to get this, but I've been spending waaaaay too much money lately. Le sigh.
I have one on order.
I debated many times whether I should cancel my order or not. I also couldn't decide whether to get the blue one or red one. At first I had the red one on order. Then I changed it to the blue one since it's limited.
If it wasn't so expensive I'd buy both.
Looks like the release date has been pushed back to March 28th. I believe it was supposed to be Feb. 28th
Oh well, gives me another month to save up.
