Online Japanese vendor Red Mercury has posted a pre-order page for a previously unannounced Marvel Crossover solicitation from Hasbro. Per the pre-order page, Hasbro will be releasing a pack that contains new Spider-Man and Iron Man figures. The new Spider-Man figure is a helicopter while the new Iron Man figure is once again an airplane. The two vehicle modes can then combine to form an even larger aerial machine! Red Mecury lists the item as being in-stock in June. However, no information regarding this figure pack has yet to be released from Hasbro.

Nice!
Iron Spider!!!
Bring on the Avengers Gestalt named Avengor!
Sweet! I wouldn't actually mind buying another Iron Man in this case (I don't currently own either version of Spidey yet).
I truly hope they call the combined mode Iron Spider. It would only make sense, and be a nice nod to the comics.
WHOA I wasn't expecting a combiner at all in this series! Sweet! I hope we see this unveiled at ToyFair. I wonder if these versions outdo the Iron Man and Spidey in wave 1, if so, I'm skipping those and getting this!
I really like this! I do like my Iron Man Tf, but just couldn't bring myself to shell out for the Spidey-cycle! This is a great compromise, I get a Spidey that looks superior IMO, and get a really cool new mech-plane Iron Man to boot!
