Not too long ago, there was hint of a green Transformer with a flying alt mode, could this be it? New images of scout sizeclass Ransack have emerged. Perhaps this Transformer is based on a plane found in the Smithsonian museum, the same place that the SR-71 Blackbird which Jetfire scans is in too!

Odd choice for an alt mode, considering the modern day setting. Maybe the Allspark was in Dayton at some point visiting the Air Force Museum.
Still, it's nice to see different plane type TFs again. There is so much variety in aviation design, it's a pity it's not mined more often. But kudos to ROTF, since it runs the gamut from spy plane to bi-plane.
hmm those are walmart boxes in the back wonder if that means theyll be in the back rooms pretty soon...
? a bi plane ? seriously ?? why ?? kinda cool, but not.. A bi plane he'll get shot down in seconds. they should've named him target practice.
