McFarlane Toys is proud to present NFL 25, available just in time for the NFL Playoffs. This series features the SportsPicks debuts for Julius Peppers, Ray Rice, LeSean McCoy and Percy Harvin as well as the first Jets figure for LaDainian Tomlinson and a new uniform version for Troy Polamalu. McFarlane Toys has posted up pics and info for their NBA Series 18 figures. The figures are scheduled to hit stores within the next few weeks.

McFarlane Toys has revealed a new NFL Arizona Cardinals Chris “Beanie” Wells figure. The figure will be exclusive to McFarlane’s Toy Stores.

Chris “Beanie” Wells earned his nickname from an older brother who claimed little Chris was “skinny like a bean pole.” The nickname stuck, even as the little brother filled out – first turning heads as the dominant running force for Akron’s Garfield High School, averaging 9.76 yards-per-carry and scoring 69 rushing touchdowns while piling up 5,546 rushing yards. He graduated in 2005 as a Parade All-American, and immediately committed to The Ohio State University, fulfilling a childhood dream. As a Buckeye, Wells tormented archrival Michigan with a 52-yard touchdown romp as a freshman, and a 222-yard rushing effort as a sophomore. Wells averaged 5.78 yards-per-carry in college, collecting 3,382 rushing yards and scoring 30 touchdowns. Following his junior year, Wells entered the NFL Draft and was selected #31st overall by the Arizona Cardinals.

McFarlane Toys has revealed another new exclusive NFL figure. This time it’s New York Jets Quarterback Mark Sanchez. The figure will be exclusive to Sports Images.
“Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez is available in New York’s all-green uniform as an exclusive figure for Sports Images this fall. You can learn more about Sports Images and where to find this figure at www.spimages.com.
The Jets wore their all-green uniforms for the first time in 2009 on November 29th, for a home game against the Carolina Panthers. New York had dropped three straight games and badly needed a victory at home. Sanchez guided the offense meticulously, and even returned from an apparent knee injury after a late hit out-of-bounds. Carolina held the top-rated Jets’ running game to 139 yards but the New York defense proved the difference, intercepting four passes en route to a crucial 17-6 victory.“
