MGSV Revol Venom Snake 2

Hideo Kojima has debuted some preview photos for a new Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain – Venom Snake Revoltech Figure. It sounds like this could be a RevolMINI figure as we have been seeing with the recent Metal Gear figures from Kaiyodo. The RevolMINI line is roughly 4″ scale, smaller than the standard Revoltech’s.

You can see a few images of the unpainted prototype by reading on.

Revoltech Star Wars X Wing 009

Two new Revoltech Vehicles have been revealed by Kaiyodo. Thanks to Tag Hobby, we have some images to share. They have announced and revealed the first images for the following:

  • Back to the Future 2 – DeLorean
  • Star Wars – X-Wing

Details are being kept mostly under wraps right now. We have a bit of info on the X-Wing. We know that is scheduled for a release in August at a price of 5,500 Yen (about $45 USD). It will include a miniature Luke Skywalker and R2-D2.

Right now, we don’t have too much on the DeLorean other than it being a special offer for 2015. Still waiting on release date and pricing info. Previous Kaiyodo vehicles have measured in the 6″ to 8″ range, so expect both of these to come in around that size.

Revoltech R2 D2 Figure 001

Kaiyodo has released the first official images of their upcoming Revoltech Star Wars R2-D2 Figure. The pictures show that the little droid will have a surprising amount of articulation and features. R2 has the standard head rotating and leg swivel as all Astrodroids seem to from other companies. But the Revoltech R2-D2 will also have articulation at the”ankles”. Another feature is that the light on his head will change color as you swivel it from side to side. and lastly, the figure will feature a three leg replacement accessory that adds a “pull bag and go” feature. The figure will stand about 4″ tall.

Revoltech R2-D2 is due out in March at a price of 5,200 Yen (about $43 USD). See the new photos by reading on.

Revoltech C 3PO Figure 001

Check out some new photos of the upcoming Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back Revoltech C-3PO Figure. C-3PO joins Darth Vader, a Stormtrooper and R2-D2 as the first few figures in the line. Kaiyodo has also released some updated info on the figure. C-3PO stands at 155mm tall (about 6″) and will include 14 points of articulation. The figure will also include a Death Star MSE-6 Fixing Droid, swappable hands and a figure stand. It’s due in February for 5,200 Yen (about $43 USD).

Revoltech Star Wars Darth Vader

A few new photos are available of the upcoming Revoltech Star Wars figures. Tag Hobby has the images, and they state that these are indeed part of the regular Revoltech line-up, and not RevolMini’s. Included are:

  • Darth Vader
  • Stormtrooper
  • C-3PO
  • R2-D2

There’s also a couple of new Iron Man pics as well, but we’ve seen enough Iron Man to last a lifetime. Read on to check out the images.

Kaiyodo Star Wars Darth Vader

At Wonder Festival 2014, Kaiyodo revealed that they will be doing Star Wars figures and collectibles! They had a few different prototypes on display. They also showed off a few silhouettes of upcoming Star Wars items. Included are:

  • Darth Vader
  • Stormtrooper
  • R2-D2
  • Boba Fett (silhouette)
  • Millennium Falcon (silhouette)
  • X-Wing (silhouette)

It looks as if the Star Wars figures may be regular Revoltech, though I don’t see anything specifically mentioning that. Also on display were some Revoltech Iron Man figures, their RevolMini Metal Gear Solid V Venom Snake, a RevolMini War Machine, a Mega Sofubi Advance Series Alien and a Mega Sofubi Advance Series Iron Man Mark 42. Read on to check out the images, which come courtesy of Tag Hobby.
