Raider has posted images of the 1/10 scale VR-052T Ride Armor Ley Custom, released by Beagle. From the Genesis Climber Mospeada anime series, the Ley finds the ride armor in the first episode, and uses it constantly.

A staple of the series, and designed by Aramaki Shinji, this is one of the most popular, transforming motorcycle mecha. The ride armor is removable and a display stand is included. This could possibly be, one of the definitive ride armor figures.

A version of this figure with a new head will be released as part of the Robotech Masterpiece Collection, by Toynami, later this year.

Set for release in May is the 1/10 scale VR-052T Ride Armor with Rei figure, made by Beagle. This is from the Genesis Climber Mospeada series. This toy will also be brought over here for the Robotech Masterpiece Collection with a new head, and in Robotech packaging.

This set will retail for 25,200 yen.

Genesis Climber Mospeada fans have wanted an all new large scale ride armor figure for years, and now their wish has finally been granted! Beagle’s long awaited 1/10 scale VR-052F Ride Armor-Stiq Type has been released in Japan! Robotech fans may recognize this design from Robotech: The New Generation, the 3rd saga of Robotech.

Toynami will also be bringing this toy over as part of their MasterPiece Collection(MPC), with all new heads designed by Tommy Yune!

At Super Festival 48, Aoshima announced that they will be adding the Tread to their Genesis Climber Mospeada Shin Seiki Gohkin 1/48 scale toyline! These Treads will feature retooled parts which will distinguish them from Toynami’s MPC(MasterPiece Collection) Beta Fighters, which were engineered by Aoshima. The parts to be retooled are unknown at the moment, as Aoshima only had the MPC Beta on display at Super Fest.

The MPC Beta Fighter is already said to be the best toy in the MPC line, even surpassing the MPC Voltron toy which recieved much praise as a huge step up with regards to quality and design. Aoshima is responsible for how well the MPC Beta Fighter turned out, and anticipation is increasing as fans try to find out what additions will be seen on the Aoshima versions.

No longer an exclusive to CM’s Corporation’s website , the green Legioss & Tread set(Iota) will be a mass market release this year in Japan. Seen in the Genesis Climber Mospeada anime as a cannon fodder mecha, the Iota variation of the Legioss & Tread is popular nonetheless with the most militaristic appearance of all Legioss & Treads. Ready for war and ready to take back the Earth, the Legioss & Tread can combine in armo-fighter & armo-soldier modes via a small diecast cradle. A sticker sheet is included, but is just optional as most of the neccessary details are already painted on! This set also includes mini ride armor figures, a sword, & a display stand for use in combined armo-soldier mode.

The next release in CM’s Corporation’s Genesis Climber Mospeada toyline is Major Jonathan w/mini ride armor figures! The Major was looked up to by the protagnist Stiq in the TV series, though he later had a disappointing revelation concerning the Major’s true activities and intentions on Earth. This 1/18 scale figure is compatible with Ride-Armor that is sold seperately in other sets with Stiq, Houquet, Shinobu, Yellow, Ray, & more!
